Kermi seal replacements work in two paths: for current ranges (Cada XS, Liga, Pasa, Atea, Filia) you can order original parts via Kermi Service or authorised plumbing retailers. For older lines (Diga, Stella, Nica, Ibiza) the original programme is mostly discontinued — universal profiles matched to the glass thickness are then the practical solution. The brand is generous with documentation: most profiles carry an engraved 4–5-letter code (CKPTD, LIETD, ATGD …) that uniquely identifies model and year.

How to find the right replacement seal

Measure the glass thickness: with a calliper or ruler at the glass edge. Common thicknesses: 5, 6, 8, 10 mm.
Identify the door type: hinged, sliding, folding or walk-in without door?
Locate the wear point: magnetic seal at the closing edge, floor seal at the lower edge, corner seal in the vertical corner.
Original vs. universal: originals from the manufacturer are usually more expensive but fit 100 %. Universal profiles fit in most cases on Kermi without issues.

Do universal magnetic seals fit Kermi Cada?

Cada XS uses a brand-specific magnetic profile — universal magnets often fit but not always perfectly. Recommendation: check the original first, then test a budget 6 mm universal magnet variant (low-risk on Amazon with returns).

How old is my Kermi shower?
