Schulte replacement strategy

Schulte Express Plus is the volume line with 6 mm glass; MasterClass is the premium line with 8 mm and higher-grade materials. Universal replacement seals fit Express Plus straight away. For MasterClass we recommend premium universal profiles (KRAUS, WAKA) for the cleanest visual integration. Discontinued lines like Sunny (5 mm, ended 2015) and Garant (ended ~2018) are no longer covered by Schulte service — universal seals matched to the glass thickness are the only practical option.

How to find the right replacement seal

Measure the glass thickness: with a calliper or ruler at the glass edge. Common thicknesses: 5, 6, 8, 10 mm.
Identify the door type: hinged, sliding, folding or walk-in without door?
Locate the wear point: magnetic seal at the closing edge, floor seal at the lower edge, corner seal in the vertical corner.
Original vs. universal: originals from the manufacturer are usually more expensive but fit 100 %. Universal profiles fit in most cases on Schulte without issues.

What's the difference between Express Plus and MasterClass?

Express Plus is Schulte's volume line with 6 mm glass; MasterClass is the premium line with 8 mm and higher-grade material. Universal replacement seals fit Express Plus straight away. For MasterClass we recommend premium profiles (KRAUS, WAKA) for the cleanest visual fit.

Schulte Garant — is this a discontinued model?

Garant has not been in the main range since around 2018, but existing customers continue to look for replacement parts. Original profiles are partially still available from Schulte Service; otherwise universal profiles matched to the glass thickness work well.

Schulte Sunny — which seal needs replacing?

Sunny is 5 mm glass and was discontinued in 2015. The magnetic door seal usually wears out first — universal magnetic seal for 5–6 mm glass (e.g. DOPPOSO B0BV9PPPHN) fits directly.

Are Schulte spare parts available at DIY stores?

Schulte ranges are stocked by Bauhaus, OBI and online specialists, but spare seals usually aren't on shelves. The fastest path is universal replacement profiles via Amazon — choose by glass thickness (6 or 8 mm) and profile type.
